Users
The access and/or use of this VARISOLAR portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use here reflected. The mentioned Conditions will be applied independently of the General Conditions of Contracting that in its case are of obligatory fulfillment.

The USER assumes the responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or contents. In such registration the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he/she will be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially.
The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or news groups) that VARISOLAR offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them for (i) engaging in illicit or illegal activities or those contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminating contents or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, in support of terrorism or against human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of VARISOLAR, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. VARISOLAR reserves the right to remove all those comments and contributions that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, order or public safety or that, in its opinion, are not appropriate for publication. In any case, VARISOLAR will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

VARISOLAR, by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its web page, as well as of the elements contained therein (including, but not limited to, images, graphic designs, sound, audio, video, software, source code or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by VARISOLAR.), owned by VARISOLAR or its licensors and are protected by the Spanish legislation on intellectual and industrial property rights in favor of VARISOLAR.

Exclusion of guarantees and responsibility
VARISOLAR undertakes not to make misleading advertising and is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may cause, but not limited to: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having taken all the necessary technological measures to prevent it and undertakes to correct it as soon as it becomes aware of such errors.
For these purposes, therefore, formal or numerical errors that may be found throughout the content of the different sections of the VARISOLAR website, produced as a result of incomplete or defective maintenance and/or updating of the information contained in these sections, will not be considered as misleading advertising. VARISOLAR, as a consequence of the provisions of this section, undertakes to correct it as soon as it becomes aware of such errors.

VARISOLAR, will ensure compliance with the above conditions and the proper use of the contents presented on its website, exercising all civil and criminal actions that correspond in the case of infringement or violation of these rights by the USER and may change, without notice, the information contained on its website, as well as its configuration and presentation.
VARISOLAR undertakes NOT TO SEND COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS WITHOUT IDENTIFYING THEM AS SUCH, in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. For this purpose, all the information sent to VARISOLAR's customers will not be considered as commercial communication as long as its purpose is the maintenance of the existing contractual relationship between the customer and VARISOLAR, as well as the performance of the tasks of information, training and other activities related to the service that the customer has contracted with the company.
Modification of the present conditions and duration
VARISOLAR may modify at any time the present policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence as well as to industry practices, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their exposure and will be in force until they are modified by others duly published.
Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
The relationship between VARISOLAR and the user shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of CAPITAL.
