Solar Pumping Kit for 2CV for single-phase and three-phase 230V pumps.

It is a direct solar pumping system suitable for both single-phase and three-phase 230V pumps up to a maximum power of 2CV, given the solar power included. The controller supports pumps up to 2CV but if we want to maximize the performance of the pump for more hours of sunshine, we can expand in the future by adding more solar modules We supply everything you need to install solar pumping yourself, because it is very easy, plus we will provide a scheme of how to connect the panels for each case. Although in case it is required we can provide an installer for the assembly of the installation. You can consult us for the installation fee.

The kits will be composed of:

1 SOLAR PUMPING PANEL WITH VARIATOR 1,5KW TIFASIC.

7 SOLAR PANELS JA 490W MONOCRYSTALLINE H 144C SILVER FRANE HALF CUT (DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF DEMAND, THE SOLAR PANELS WILL BE THE SAME OR SIMILAR TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS TO THE BUDGETED, ACCORDING TO THE STOCK AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMATION).

For the installation of this KIT, it will be necessary the following material not included, since it will depend on the need of each installation and that can be purchased separately on our website or in any electrical store:

  • Pair of MC4 Connectors
  • Solar cable 1500V 1X4 Red R100
  • Solar cable 1500V 1X4 Black R100.

Installation:

  • All connections are MC4 clip type and male-female, where it is impossible to get confused.
  • Just remember to connect the red cable that we deliver to the male connector on the board
  • The electrical panel will also have the corresponding MC4 connectors so that it is impossible to get confused with the polarity, because they are male-female and do not allow any other connection than the correct one.
  • The pump will be connected to a terminal provided in the panel and properly marked, by means of push-in connections without screwdriver and highly reliable.
  • Once everything is connected, completely without tools, just press the RUN button on the equipment installed inside the electrical panel and everything will start working, or operate the ON/OFF control provided on the electrical cabinet door.
  • Everything is pre-configured, you do not have to program anything at all.
  • If the well may run out of water, you can add a level sensor KIT (basket link) and we will add it to the panel just to connect.
  • In a screen you will see the water level in meters that has the well, and the pump will stop when the level reaches a value less than 1 meter.
  • If the installation is direct irrigation, you can add a pressure sensor kit (link basket) and we add it in the box just to connect.
  • The pump will regulate its pressure automatically to not exceed a value that you can set on a wheel from 0 to 10bar, whatever the level of solar radiation, and the water table of the well.
  • They will never break pipes.
  • If you want to control the installation from your mobile phone, you can add a VariCloud kit (basket link) so that we can install a preconfigured GPRS modem to connect to our cloud and from your mobile phone you can see the real-time status and history of the pumping. In addition, it will help us to support you in case of any problem, because we can see remotely what is happening.
